Kaspersky''s avp process is placed in a delayed start up. the AVP process is just the graphical side on the software (this is what tells you that you are protected and what Windows uses to identify your protection) however the protection component are already running at this point so you are protected.
You should look at what you have running on startup and maybe disable to items that you do not wish to run on start up.
